Don’t be intimidated by poached eggs or hollandaise sauce. This classic dish is rich and satisfying and I’ve simplified and recreated a Fresh and Clean version here. You can also substitute coconut oil for the ghee in this recipe, but the texture/flavor may change slightly.
This is your last week of the month long detox!!! We hope that you have taken what you have learned in these last few weeks and created new eating habits and fresh taste cravings that will keep you feeling awesome in your new clean eating lifestyle… Feel free to browse through the menu and only shop for the meals you intend to make this week! The meals are all planned for 2 people at lunch and 4 at dinner so plan accordingly and alter the amounts if needed… You got this!!!

This shopping list pairs with the Week 4 meal plan. If you do not plan to prepare all of the meals use the column far right to reduce the amount of groceries you will be purchasing. For example M1 means that will be used for Mondays lunch, and Th2 is used in Thursdays dinner. Look over the menu before you shop and if easier only go shopping from the menu a few days at a time, you don’t have to get the whole list at once. Get creative as you are learning this clean eating style and sub in your own ingredients or recipes and be sure to share with us your favorites!
