Try this wrap recipe, then create your own using your favorite ingredients!
Veggie wrap (found at Mothers) make sure all ingredients are veggies no carbs/GF
Lay wrap out flat and spread hummus over far right 1/3 of surface, a nice even layer. Slice cucumber and tomatoes into thin pieces. Layer cucumber, tomato and a small bunch of sunflower sprouts over the hummus, same direction as your spread. Add some slices of avocado and S+P. Now roll your wrap up as tight as possible starting from the end you have your veggies laid out on and finishing with the half that is just wrap. You may use toothpicks at each end to keep it wrapped snug, cut in half and enjoy!!
