This shopping list pairs with the Week 2 meal plan. If you do not plan to prepare all of the meals use the column far right to reduce the amount of groceries you will be purchasing. For example M1 means that will be used for Mondays lunch, and Th2 is used in Thursdays dinner. Look over the menu before you shop and if easier only go shopping from the menu a few days at a time, you don’t have to get the whole list at once. Get creative as you are learning this clean eating style and sub in your own ingredients or recipes and be sure to share with us your favorites!
